Consent to electronic records and signatures

Last updated: October 25, 2026

When you send a request through American Unsecured you agree to receive notices, disclosures, agreements and other records from us electronically, and to sign electronically where a signature is needed. This page explains what that means and what your rights are under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

What you are consenting to

We may deliver to you electronically, by displaying on this website or by email or text to the address and number you provided, any record relating to your request, including our privacy policy, terms of use, this consent, and confirmations. Lenders who make you an offer will ask for their own consent on their own sites.

What you need

A device with internet access, a current web browser, an email address you can access, and software that can display PDF files if a record is sent that way. If you want to keep copies, you need a printer or enough storage to save them.

Paper copies

You can ask for a paper copy of any record we gave you electronically by emailing support@americanunsecured.com. There is no charge.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing the same address. Withdrawal takes effect once we have processed it and does not affect records already delivered. Because the service is online only, withdrawing consent means you won't be able to send a new request through this site.

Keeping your contact details current

If your email address or phone number changes, tell us so records reach you.

Your consent

By ticking the consent box in the request form and pressing Send, you confirm that you can access records in the formats described above and agree to receive them electronically.
